What this is
LeaseChecka is an illustrative prototype. Its market data is sampled for demonstration, and its output is not financial or legal advice. It is designed to help you decide whether to seek professional advice, not to replace it.
No contract or valuation
Nothing on this site forms a contract or a professional valuation. Always confirm figures with a qualified surveyor or solicitor before acting on them.
